How can I change my Premium account form Duo to family ?

I have an account Duo Premium but I want a family account

So i had spotify premium duo and i didn't wanted it so without cancelling the plan i subscribed to family plan after the money is being deducted i can't see the family plan instead i can only see duo plan i also tried to cancel duo plan but it is not getting cancelled
