I cannot see the cancel subscription button under "subscription management"?
I HAVE CANCEL MY PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION SOME TIME AGO AND MONEY IS STILL BEING TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.HOW CAN I PUT A STOP TO THIS TODAY?
To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:
https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/
If you don't see a cancel option,
You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.
To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

Hi.
I have been trying to unsubscribe the Premium service but with failure. After choosing a reason to unsubscribe I am asked to authorize using my Facebook account as I registered with Facebook. There, I am asked to enter my password entering which, I am redirected to the Spotify webpage with an error in red banner saying "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area."
I have done all I could by myself and I am looking for help.

I am paying for a Premium account however I have no Premium access. When trying to cancel the payments there are nowhere methodes on this site for instance by Telephonenumber to get in touch with the service desk of Spotify
