How do I switch to a family member in my account?

How do I switch to a family member in my account?

My daughter has broken her ipod touch. I am trying to access her account, but can't find the login and the account does not seem to be associated with her email.
As the Plan Manager, how do I switch to her account with all her saved library/songs, OR how do I recover HER login details?

Hey there! I am happy to help. 

 

You’re not able to switch to members’ accounts because those members are responsible for their own accounts. You only have access to add or remove them as members of your plan. She can try to recover her account by following these steps. She can also attempt the password reset form as many times as she likes, with different emails that she remembers having.
