How do you remove a speaker from your Spotify account even after signing out on all devices?

I have tried numerous times to remove my family speakers from my account. I believe they are Alexa speakers. I have signed out of all devices numerous times and put only show local devices, however I still see them as devices to connect too. Also, at times my music will randomly shut off and I can see other music is being played. I have signed out on all devices and this still keeps happening. I am not sure what to do now at this point. Any suggestions how to fix this?

You mentioned logging out numerous times, have you tried to do so through you Alexa settings also ?

You should find the Spotify symbol under "Settings" and then "Music and Podcasts".
