I can´t login and tried everything

Hi. 
Yesterday my Spotify started to act weird. It suddenly went offline without me being able to change it. 
On my phone it worked just fine. I then went to sleep and today it still didn´t work on my PC so I decided to logout. I couldn´t login anymore. No error message, it just loads for ages. I´ve tried username, email and i´ve reset my password. 
I then decided to uninstall everything related to spotify and install it again... Same problem but it still works fine on my phone.

We know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, let's try a quick reinstall again following the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, does restarting your router/connection help? Also, could you let us know the exact device, and operating system you're still having trouble on?
