I cannot change my location on Spotify, therefore cannot use it. Please hel

I am from South Africa but working in Sicily right now. Spotify has stopped working because my location is different, but it does not offer Sicily as an option of location, so I do not know what to do to fix it. Who do I speak to?

If you’re a Premium user, you do not need to worry about changing your country or region settings as long as you’re not moving there permanently. If you’re a Free user, you would have to change your country and region settings following these steps.

Spotify is available in Italy, so you should not have any worries changing those settings. If you're seeing any error messages when trying to change those settings, send me a screenshot of that error message and I’ll take a look.
