I cannot quit my premium account

I cannot quit my premium account

Hi Team,

 

I'm from Germany and customer of the Telekom/T-Mobile.

A week ago, I wanted to quit my account, so I followed this link:

https://www.spotify.com/de/account/subscription/cancel/confirm/

Then I was passed on to "SofortÜberweisung.de" to cancel the payment.

But, when I entered this contract I haven't done this with this payment-site. The right site was named "Sofort Dauerauftrag". But nevertheless I tried to contact the support-team, to quit my account. They told me just to quit the standing order of my house bank. So I did.

 

Now, after about 20 times I tried to connect my new spotify premium account from the telekom with my facebook-account I figured out that it won't work like this...


Can someone please help me with my problem? I hope my English isn't as bad, as you can't understand, what I mean 😉

Hi,

 

Are you trying to connect your account with facebook? If so, please login to Spotify with your premium account, go to Edit>Preferences, and select connect with facebook. You should be able to connect from there.

If payment problems persist, go to https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ , submit a support ticket, and if the response isn't what you need, please reply to it directly (even if it is a no reply address) and someone should sort it out for you.
