I cant login

I cant login

I have the problem that I bought premium and as I was then signed off on my ACC always automatically registered I try my passwords from. But I could not log in. Since I no longer use the e-mail address and currently the support for this is not available to get there not pure. Now I could on the app Login with my password. What does not work previously has recog now tells me the app that I do not have internet access. Which is not true so I am trying to sign with a PC on the internet page one there but I come with the password again not pure. Then I found on the support page that: If you can not access the email address to which we sent the password email, please get in touch with us, so that we can email can change your address account. Then I'll come to a page where the stands: In order as quickly as possible to get a response, you can choose your question (the last step in this form) in English Submit. German Support requests are currently, answered more slowly due to a larger number.
But on the form, there is the category e-mail address does not change.
