I don't have any network issue but it says something went wrong

I don't have any network issue , suddenly my account log out and I wanted to log in again but it says something went wrong . please help please 🥺.

If the app logged you out, it's possible that the system has performed a security process in your account. In this case, we'd recommend resetting your password by using the steps mentioned in this article. 

If the issue persists, as it could be account-related and we don't have access to users' accounts, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
