I'm sorry to hear that you've been scammed and are waiting for a new credit card. It's important to take steps to protect yourself from further scams and ensure that your financial accounts are secure.

As for your Spotify payment, you can try contacting their customer support team and explaining your situation. They may be able to provide you with some options for delaying your payment or making alternative arrangements until your new credit card arrives. Additionally, if you have any other payment methods, such as a debit card or PayPal, you can consider using those to make your payment in the meantime.

In the future, it's a good idea to regularly check your financial accounts for any unusual activity and to be cautious when providing personal and financial information online. It's also a good idea to set up alerts on your accounts so that you are notified of any unusual activity or transactions.

To contact Spotify's customer support, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Spotify's website (www.spotify.com) and log in to your account.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Help" button located under the "Company" section.

  3. This will take you to the Spotify help page, where you can search for a specific topic or issue. Type in your query in the search bar and hit enter.

  4. If you can't find the answer to your question, scroll down to the bottom of the help page and click on the "Contact Us" button.

  5. Choose the category that best fits your issue and select the "Email" or "Chat" option to contact Spotify's customer support.

  6. If you select "Email", fill out the contact form with your name, email address, and a brief description of your issue.

  7. If you select "Chat", a representative will be available to assist you in real-time.

Note that depending on your location, the contact options may vary. In some countries, Spotify also offers phone support.

Best,
