Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

If you cannot see the Premium features on your account, it's possible that you've logged into an account that has no subscription by mistake. So in this case, we'd first recommend logging out and back in following the steps mentioned in this article.


If the issue persists, since it's possible that the Premium account could have different credentials to log in to, we’d also suggest trying with different login methods as mentioned in this article to see if it makes any difference.
