I've purchased a subscription and my account is still saying upgrade

I've purchased a subscription and my account is still saying upgrade

I purchased a subscription a few hours ago.

 

It didn't instantly give me access.

 

I have since (in chronological order):

 

- restarted spotify app

- logged out and back in (of windows)

- removed spotify app, redownloaded and installed.

 

Problem still exists. Can somebody sort this out for me?
