Is my account hacked?

I've been receiving newsletters (email version of course) in mandarin even though I've never requested them. And twice, I already clicked "unsubscribe" but I continue to receive these mandarin emails.

I just checked my account to make sure I'm unsubscribed too. Now I'm getting a little concerned about how secure Spotify's network is, considering that my personal data is in it.

Is my account hacked? Can I delete my account in Spotify?

Spotify is pretty secure but i think if you use the same passwords for everthing that could be dangerous. Is your account linked thropugh Facebook? If so go to your language settings in there. If not, contact Spotify via the contact form and let them know. Im not positive but I think theres a way for them to unsubscribe you from emails and make sure youre the only one with access to your account. If youre still uncomfortable you can delete your own account. Sign into your account and go to the bottom and delete account
