I just downloaded Spotify and I was choosing the artists I liked at the first screen and I accidentally clicked on "finish" when I wasn't finished. The reason this is so important to me to get back to this screen is because it was suggesting artists that I hadn't even thought of in years. If anyone could help me get back to this, I would greatly appreciate it. I was going to delete my profile and recreate it, but I don't want to lose my screen name. Is there anything that can be done?

That page only comes up when you use Spotify for the first time. Spotify will offer artists and songs you might enjoy in other ways such as the songs you save and artists you follow. 

You can discover new songs and artists by using the Discover feature, Discover Weekly playlist, and Daily Mix playlists.

You can also check out the top songs charts at spotifycharts.com or you can see the top artists of 2017 in this playlist:
