Log In on Samsung Smart Hub

Log In on Samsung Smart Hub

I've got a Samsung Smart TV with a Smart Hub. It is now offering Spotify, which I want to use, but will not let me Log In, even though on my phone I currently have a Spotify premium account. On my phone, I believe I had originally signed up with my Facebook account and believe to be using the correct Facebook username and Password. The message comes up with 'Wrong username or password.Please try again. For help,visit Spotify.com'. I will get more value for money from my monthly payment if I can get this to work on my TV.

Hey @jeddavies123!

 

Just to confirm, are you using your Facebook email and password? You could give it a try with those login details. Let us know how it goes.
