Lost my Spotify Premium account?

Hi

when i got my new phone with a subscription i also got access to Spotify Premium. This all worked well for some time till 2/3 weeks ago, when a update was released. When i try to login into my spotify account im no longer a Premium account user. It tells me i have a Spotify Free account. I also lost all my favorits and playlists. When i try to retrieve my activation key from my cell phone provider (Hi) it tells me i already have activated my Spotify Premium account. They told me to post a topic here.

Please help.

It sounds like you aren't accessing the correct account, would it be possible to get in touch with your subscription provider and get the Spotify username they have upgraded for you?
