Missing playlists/starred tracks am paying premium still but have no songs

Missing playlists/starred tracks am paying premium still but have no songs

My playlists/starred songs are all gone. No solutions on here work, everything looks normal and its says im still on my premium account for which im paying for. This has happened on my laptop and on my android phone. I have used spotify for a long time and have a lot of songs on there so i am not very happy if i have lost them all. Someone from spotify please look into this or it will be another long term premium account cancelled.

Who's your Spotify Star?

I ALSO have this issue and am a paying Premium member. I already tweeted @ spotifycares and emailed in (no responses yet).

It was working fine earlier today and this just magically broke everything when I logged in to my Spotify account from my laptop. Now all my computers are acting as if my Spotify account is brand new.

As a side note, I have TimeMachine enabled on my iMac and am hoping there might be a way to restore the playlists from there if there is nothing you can do?

UPDATE: Another side note: I previously registered for this help community with the username NaKW and the system just forced me to register again...

Hey 🙂

Have you tried following the instructions in this thread?

Sounds like you might have created a duplicate account by accident.

If that doesn't work then you should get a reply to your email soon!

I have tried that and it didn't work. I should note that I use the iPhone app frequently and upon launching it, when I noticed the issue on my computers, playlists were also missing from the app (and it was technically already logged in).
