My playlists are gone

My playlists are gone

okey, so I don't really know where I should write this but however,

When I connected my spotify account to facebook I think I accidently made a new account which I started to use instead. Today when I logged on at my account it popped up a window with the question if I was the same person who owned the previous account. Without thinking I klicked yes and now I have my old playlists and everything is messed up. 😞

Is it possible to find my new playlists again?

Hi there,

 

What's happened is you've made a duplicate account. No need to worry--your playlists are in your original account.

 

Just log in with your "patriksjöstjärna" username (not your email address). For more steps see this other main thread

Last month my Spotify account suddenly changed itself back to free. My profile on the website said free and no payment details were registered. This was strange but at the time o thought nothing of it as it wasn't financially viable to have Spotify Premium. But today i got charge for my Premium account, when i found out i wasn't too happy to say the least. I don't mind paying for it as long as i get my premium status, otherwise its totaly unfair.

It seems you've also made another account. You've signed into this new one which is why you're not getting Premium.

All you need to do is log out and log back in with your "chiggyv" username.

It's on my facebook account I have all my new playlists... When I log in with my facebook, "patriksjöstjärna" is the profile that automatically shows up. I'd like to know if there's a way to log on my facebook accout without logging on at my other

I am having a hard time getting my to  playlist. I am logged on and I still can't get to my playlist.  I have unistalled and re-installed and I still can't get access to my playlist.

Bridgetbizzell - You should be able to see all your playlists if you log into your Spotify with your Facebook details, are you not seeing anything?

Thank you for responding.  No, still not able to see my playlist.  I am logged on but still no access to my play list.  I understand you are still working on fixing the issues, I really want to create and add on my playlist. Thank you again for responding.
