NUS Student Discount

I signed up for the premium option but after putting in bank details etc realised that you needed to go onto the NUS option before you got this far. I have cancelled my subscription and re done it on the NUS option but will I be charged £4.99 or £9.99 or for both?

Looks like you were charged at £9.99 as you subscribed before adding the discount. As it stands your next payment will be at £4.99.

But get in touch here and one of our payments team should be able to get you what you're entitled to for this month. An extra fiver is always nice for packets of noodles or celebratory drinks after finishing exams. 😉
