Need to cancel ASAP

Need to cancel ASAP

Dear Spotify,

 

I would like to cancel my premium account, but I am not able to because my profile indicates that I'm a free user.  I've been using all the premium features and my credit card got charged last month, so everything is in sync except for my profile.  I am going "off the grid" tomorrow so I need this resolved as soon as possible.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

As this is a billing issue, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to track down and cancel that account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
