Hi everyone,
I need help with a big problem. I have deleted my Facebook account because I no longer wanted to have one. But since that was my way of logging in to Spotify, I no longer can access my music. I haven't ended my subscription and I'm not planning to. The only thing I want to know is how to access my music anyway and if that's impossible then how do I move my subscription and/or songs to my new account?

Hey 🙂
If you created your Spotify account using Facebook then there is no way to disconnect that account from Facebook, so you will need a new account. Luckily, if you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form there is a work around 😉

Ok thanks, I already expected that it probably would go that way. How long does it take before they contact you or solve the problem?
I am leaving tonight for four days to Paris and I really need my music.
Responses are normally within 24 hours, so keep an eye on your email inbox.

i am having the same problem. i have had to activate my facebook account which i really did not want to do and will be deactivating it again as soon as i send this post. i have just signed up for the premium account and i need another way to get on to spotify other than facebook.. otherwise i will cancel my subscrition.
I am still waiting to be contacted. I have filled in the contact form over 24 hours ago. At this point it is becoming really annoying and as the poster before me said it is maybe an idea to end the subscription since I can't use Spotify and access my music. Does it always take this long or do I have to contact them again?
Can you post your case number (its in the first automated reply) and I will ask someone to chase it up for you?
