Not getting the delete link for my account

Hello guys,

In 2011 or 2012 I joined Spotify and I created a profile with my facebook account. Now I bought an account with a different e-mail adress and want to delete the old account, the one linked/created by my facebook account, so that I can link it with my current account. Unfortunately every time when I get the "we sent you a delete confirmation link" I simply don't get a mail and can't delete my account. Is there somebody who could help me? My account that I want to delete uses this email: "llaera@aol.de".
