Not happy right now, hope I don't have to get mad.

Not happy right now, hope I don't have to get mad.

I'm a little pissed off. Last year (Sept 2015) we were in Cuba for 2 weeks to get married. I have the premium version so I pay monthly. All my songs worked, without WiFi or internet connection. Worked great when we returned in April of 2016. We went back in Sept 2016 and only a handful of songs worked out of hundreds. I better not be charged for this month's service, considering I unistalled it accidentally, and then re-installed it (but so far without premium). And I notice there is no way to directly contact Spotify, so I will probably lose my **bleep** (never a pretty sight).

Welcome to the community!

 

When you said that only a handful of songs worked, does it mean that they're not playing? If it is, can you post here the error message, so we can take a look at it.

 

Also, since you mention that you have a Premium subscription, but when you reinstalled the app, it's now on Free (without Premium), then it's possible that you're currently logged in on a separate Free account.

 

I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to better assist you on how you can access your Premium account.
