Once I joined premium, password doesn't work

Hi,

I recently started using spotify for free, then I joined as a premium member taking advantage of a low cost 3 mo usage (which converts to fully paid soon). As soon as I joined premium I have been unable to login.

I have tried all sorts of things to reinstate the password. Firstly I do not get the email to reset from Spotify (many attempts), I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling spotify and also logging in through Facebook.

Nothing is working.

Any ideas? I'd like to use, particuarly as I am now paying for Premium

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
