Paid account but still get ads.

I have a paid Spotify account. I've installed Spotify on my laptop, desktop and now also iPad. On my Laptop, Desktop it plays normally, but on the iPad it however still plays ads in between the songs. Why? Is there a maximum of devices you can use it on? Other thing that could be a problem is that the location of the WiFI that I use for the iPad is based in the UK, while I am in The Netherlands. Do I need to change the country on the account? But then I can't play on my Laptop and Desktop anymore?

Hey there, you're currently using Spotify Unlimited which removes ads on computer/web player only. To remove ads on all mobile devices (including tablets), you'll need to upgrade to Premium.

I have Premium and am still getting ads on my iphone.  I have reinstalled the app and still get them. Help?

Please make sure you are  using the correct credentials (username or facebook registered email address - whichever is correct). If that doesn't work, please copy and paste what is shown under Subscription Status and the username displayed on that page.
