Paid spotify premium but only had it for 2 days?

Paid spotify premium but only had it for 2 days?

Im in desperate need for help!

 

I have been automatically charged for 2 months and after the last payment which was 29/11, I decided I didn't want to be automatically charged so that I could decide myself which exactly when I want to pay. So I turned it off yesterday, and they basically turned off my spotify premium as well?! 

 

I paid for it and had it for only 2-3 days?!?! I mean, they can't just turn off my spotify premium (WHICH I PAID FOR) just because I didn't want them to automatically charge me anymore, or?

Hey there,

 

You started the 30-day trial on 2nd September, then a regular monthly payment was taken on the 2nd October. On the 2nd of November we weren't able to take another payment but our system kept trying throughout November, also keeping your Premium active. We were then able to take a payment on the 29th November which covered the period we were unable to take a payment.

 

In other words, you had 3 months of Premium between 2nd September and 2nd December, paid two regular monthly payments and had a 30-day free trial.
