Paid subscription but no product received

Paid subscription but no product received

I logged into spotify this morning and it asked me to update to the 'newest' version which I did. 
Then my phone synced and got wiped and it now says im a 'free' user even though I renewed this morning without knowing

that I had 15 more days of a premium subscription! 

This is silly and this community help system is awful its so much easier to send an email to actually get a response.
