Payment issue

Claims my 'credit card company is having a bad day' and there is nothing wrong with my card.  How can this be fixed??  I need to update my payment info with this card.

Please check if your card is good for online and recurring payments. If so, try using different browsers in your computer, and don't forget to clear the cache before starting the process.
