I switched to the student plan, that I just found out about. Spotify has charged the &4.99 to my card but has no given me premium features. Why am I being charged for something I can't use ???

Hi Skyiesofblue,

Can you double check that when you signed up for student that you do not have another account open on your device when you try to use the upddated subscription?
