Please help me delete my account!

Please help me delete my account!

I closed my account and it said it had already charged my bank so I could use it till April 19th. Well my bank recently got charged again for Spotify. I log in in my computer and it says to get it like if I didn't have an account. I try it on my phone and it works. I can listen to anything and download music to play offline. I wasn't expecting this charge and it made my account over draft. Im currently trying to contact the via Contact Form and it doesn't let me continue to option 2 in the drop down menu. I need to stop them and see what I can do to get a refund. Can anyone help???
