Quando criei a conta no Spotify for Artist, cadastrei um e-mail por engano, no qual seria da gravadora. Nisso a minha conta de artista está com meu e-mail de artista e também o da gravadora, mas eu preciso agora criar uma conta no Spotify da gravadora e a plataforma não deixa, porque já está cadastrada.

Since the login credentials you use on an Artist account are the same you use to log in on a regular account, if you still have access to the old Spotify account you mentioned, you can change the email address currently registered to a different one and free the one you need. To do this, we'd recommend following the process mentioned in this article. 

In case you don't have access to the old account, we'd recommend following these steps to recover the access before trying to free the email address.
