Premium Resubscribing Issues

Hello All-

Thank you for checking this thread out! I was subscribed to premium back when I had an iPod touch which I eventually lost so I deleted my premium and kept my free subscription.  Now I have an adroid phone and am trying to rsubscribe to premium. When I go to upgrade I am taken to a page that asks me to choose what I want, either unlimited or premium. I click on premium and am then taken to a page that says I'll need to confirm my password on Facebook. I click, it takes me to faebook where I enter my password. I click the button on Facebook and am taken back to the Spotify page saying that I'll need to confirm my Password on Facebook, and I can repat it over and over again bascially in an endless loop back and forth between those two pages. I'm going a little bit crazy now. Any suggestions?

also having this issue and it's driving me nuts. I just want to resubcribe again! 😞

Yeah, a few of us are having this issue.

Hi guys, just to let you know we're looking into this issue. 

It seems to be affecting both upgrading and unsubscribing so if your subscription is about to renew and you wanted to cancel before then, get in touch with our support team. If you're looking to upgrade, support won't be able to do that for you, sorry. Hopefully things'll be working again soon.
