Premium Subscription canceled, still being charged

Premium Subscription canceled, still being charged

Tried Premium for a month-long free trial, which was set to auto renew on 9-4-2012. I canceled it and got the confirmation page (but no email?) on 9-2-12.

 

I am now being charged $9.99 and my subscription still shows up as Premium with a renew date of 10-4-2012.

How do I get out? And how do I get my money back that I wasn't supposed to be charged in the first place?
