Premium has run out 1.5 months early

Hello,

I bought 6 months of Premium as a gift for someone at Christmas and they put in the code on 25-12-2012.

Their account is already Spotify Free and in spite of the fact that it's been little over 4 months.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
