Premium stopped working

Premium stopped working

My Spotify premium account suddenly stopped working, I'm at a place with very spotty reception and really want my offline music, 

 

The account is paid for 2 years through Fido Canada.

 

Please fix it!

Hey there!

 

Make sure you are signing into the Spotify app with the account that is subscribed to premium. 

 

You may have accidentally created an account with Facebook and a separate email. 

 

You can check which account is subscribed to premium by logging into your account setting by clicking the link below: 

 

http://www.spotify.com/account

It's still logged in to the same account (same as my username here) I can see all my music but the premium is off

Did you check the subscription via the account settings link?

If you look to the right side of the web page, it should tell you what type of subscription you have. 

 

Let me know if that works. 

I've checked the subscription type on the app and it claims it's a free account but it shouldn't be that way.

 

I've spoken to Fido and it's paid at least ubtil the end of the month.

It may be possible that the account you are currently using is not the one signed up for premium. Is it possible that have another account? Possibly may have created a duplicated account by mistake? 

Having the same issue.  My son informed mt that everything was lost.  When I just went and checked my Premium for family, it was completelty empty!!!

That's the problem,

 

The account says free but it shouldn't, I still have at least until the end of march, I've contacted Fido and confirmed this. 

Is there a way to complain about this officially, this is ridiculous.

I have checked, several times. It is not the problem.

 

The problem is that for some reason that account has been changed to a free account even though it's been paid until Mar 30th at least.

 

Please fix it or forward me to someone who can.

My son and I have the same problem. We too are with Fido and have the premium plan. My says it’s in the free subscription as well and I am logged into the right account. Any solutions? Spotify really needs to fix this!
