Premium subsciber, but getting ads.

I have been a premium subscriber for a while now, but all of a sudden, I am getting ads.  I went to my account and it listed me as free, but showed my credit card info.  I authorized a payment, it said I am a premium subscriber, but still getting ads and advertisements on my screen!  Help!
