Problem with premium account upgrading to family account

Problem with premium account upgrading to family account

Hi,

 

firstly, why can't I e-mail my questions to Spotify in private?

 

How the problem happened:

1. I had premium account.

2. Upgraded it to Family account.

3. Made an account for family member.

4. Accidentally tried to connect family member account with my own FB page.

5. After that couldn't log in to my original account.

6. Logged out from everywhere.

7. Logged in to my original account (with original e-mail etc) and now it show I have a free account and all my playlists are gone.

 

What happened?
