Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out! Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

Even two accounts which are a part of a Duo subscription are standalone accounts. 
This means that there shouldn't be any possibility for them to overlap with each other, as they are completely separate.

I would advise going through the app settings on both of your respective devices to see which credentials you've used when logging in.
It's very likely that you're simply using the same account so, if we're lucky, the issue should be easy to resolve! 🙂
