Problema con cuenta premium

Problema con cuenta premium

Buenos días, un día en el trabajo inicié mi cuenta de spotify y me apareció una cuenta gratuita sin nada de informacion por lo que escuché la radio y pensé que habría habido algún problema con la conexión. En el trabajo se reprodujo el problema en este ordenador y las canciones que marcaba como favoritas no aparecían en el resto de mis dispositivos, pero en mi iPad, iPhone y MacBook seguía con todas mis listas normales, pero hoy al ir a poner música me encuentro con el mismo problema en mi ordenador de casa (MacBook), pero no en mi iPad fonde puedo seguir escuchando mi musica, sería posible eliminar esa cuenta gratuita relacionada con yahoo.com y mantener la mía de siempre premium (gmail)? Tengo listas desde hace años, toda mi música está ahí, incluída la de mi boda para dentro de 3 meses. Por favor necesito seguir teniendo todas mis listas activas

Hey there, welcome to the Community. We don't have any Spanish speakers in the Community so hopefully English will be okay!

 

The account you use to log into the Community with seems fine - make sure it's your username rather than full email address and you should see 44 playlists and 400+ Starred tracks.

 

If you have another account you want deleting, get in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can. If you get an automated response, reply back to it directly. If you write in Spanish there you'll get a Spanish response. 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get that sorted out for you. Also, feel free to write to them in spanish, and they will get back to you in that language too 🙂 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
