Problems with email invite for family premium plan

Problems with email invite for family premium plan

I have added all family members to our Spotify Family Premium plan and all but one have received the Spotify email allowing them to successfully join the Family Plan. We all have the same address and it has worked for each user except for one despite me canceling the request and resending it. How can we ensure that the Family Premium email is sent successfully?

I'm having the same problem. I only shared my Spotify Family with my husband. And he got rejected because Spotify assumed that we are not living in the same address. Whereas we live together. 😕
