Hi

Today is my 30th day for free premium subscription and you already charged me. 

I don't understand. I planned to cancel the subscription this morning but the charge was already in my account.

Cancel before this end of free month.

 

However, you can ask for refund, just contact via Contact form. Do not use Spotify or login to Spotify, if you want to full refund.
