I restarted my spotify today, when I logged back in, I still had my profilepicture name, the rest seemed to be reset.. I no longer had any playlists, and my subscription said I was on a trial. I have been a premium member for almost a year now.. I have tried restarting/reinstalling over and over, nothing helps.

Please help me out here!
