Says I am not available for the Premium Tiral

Says I am not available for the Premium Tiral

I had difficulties with my carrier (Sprint) sending the text to my phone. I sent multiple texts and Sprint delelted the feature that was blocking the text from being sent. Now, when I click "Get Premium" -- I am not able to have the trial as it says I am, "not eligble for this trial" though I have yet to confirm my trial.

its been almost an hour since Spotify aknowledged the problem and (hopefully) started working on resolving the issue.
