Why can't I add a member of my family to my Spotify Family account?

 

We have had Spotify Family for a couple of years and I when we got it from the start I fixed so everyone in the family had an account (we are four members of the family). The other day I noticed that our daughters Spotify was a free Spotify account, when she should have a premium. 
When I, after some ifs and buts, found were we had our accounts, I noticed that she was not included there anymore. I tried to fix her account again but get an error message that the address does not match up with the main subscription.

She lives on the same adress as main account. But I even tried all adresses we lived on, but it still don't work.

 

Can somebody give a tips how to fix this.

The best thing to do here is to get in contact with the support team. They'll take a look at the accounts to know what's going on.
