Spotify Gift Card Not Working for Individual Plan

Hi there!

I hope everyone's having a good day so far. I recently attempted to use a Spotify gift card I was given for Christmas, but have been getting a generic error message of: "Something went wrong. Try again, or get help." I have re-entered the pin multiple times on different days and in different browsers. I have also gone through the suggested gift card articles and double checked everything. I have also tried entering the code after clearing my cache and cookies and tried on multiple different browsers. If you could help me out that would be really helpful.
