Hey guys, I got a small problem

 

My 10 hour thing ran out so I bought unlimited, but my Spotify is not getting it. I logged out and logged in again, waited 5 mins, tried most of it. However, it still says I dont have any time left, but when I visit my subscription page, it tells me I just bought the unlimited .. So in general, spotify wont register that I now have unlimited..

Hi,

 

If you go to the spotify web player (https://play.spotify.com/home), does it show the same thing? Sometimes the Spotify web servers can take some time to register an activation.

 

If it doesn't work within 1 hour, please submit a support ticket on the contact page, which can be found here: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/

They should be able to fix your issue from there.

 

Please also make sure that you are logging in using your email if you activated unlimited with your email. As sometimes users activate using their email login, then try and login using their facebook account, and these aren't always linked so the facebook account wouldn't be activated.
