Spotify thinks I’m abroad

I live in Ireland and haven’t left the country recently. I use a free account but have been locked out and am getting a message that I can only use my account abroad for 14 days. Can you reset my account please??

That seems odd. Can you check if you're maybe using a VPN? Try logging into your account using a different internet connection and let us know if this helps.

I’m just using my phone so no vpn involved.

Hi again, that still hasn’t resolved my problem. As I mentioned I am not using a VPN as I’m just using the app on my phone. Any further suggestions???
