Hej jeg forstår ikke hvorfor jeg ikke har Spotify premium når jeg har købt det? Hvad kam grunden være?

Sorry for the reply in English. If you've paid for Premium but can't see your Premium features, make sure that you're logged in to the right account (e.g. Facebook-created account or the one that you access with a username).

 

If after this the issue persists, we recommend you to reach out to us via email, Facebook or Twitter. We'll then be able to take a closer look at your account and see what we can suggest.
