Student discount

Student discount

I have tried to use student discount through Unidays and it says I have already used it when I haven't. Someone please help

Hi @Baakeer97. There are a few things that might be causing this to happen. Real quick, could you try enrolling one more time with manual verification on this page? If the error persists, then it's likely that your student credentials are being used on another account. It's possible that you unintentionally used them on a second account (it happens), or there's something else going on. Either way, support will need to help you out to get it sorted.

Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
