Subscription help?

I'd gotten Spotify on my phone and signed up for the 30 day trial so I could have it on my phone while I was at work and in the car. I'd forgotten to cancel the subscription before the time was up and was charged after the 30 day trial was over. It peeved me because I'd forgotten but, it wasn't Spotify's fault. However, since I'd been charged I was adamant about canceling it before it charged again. However, every time I go to the subscription page like it says, it tells me I'm using regular Spotify, nothing more. Yet, I was still charged? I have absolutely no way of canceling it and I never got around to canceling it to begin with and I don't want to be charged anymore. Am I missing something? Did it cancel itself for whatever reason? I thought maybe it was just linked to my phone some how, but there's no way to even see anything in the mobile settings of Spotify.

If you're logging into a Spotify free account, then that is not the account you are paying for. Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two completely seperate accounts, one with a Spotify username and password and another via Facebook so check your details.

If you need a hand finding your account or with the cancellation, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
